23: Camden Passage in Islington

Camden PassageThe imposing, windowless brick building which is now a branch of Superdry was originally a tramshed built by the London County Council. A narrow cobbled street hidden behind here leads into Camden Passage where there are two markets dealing in antiques and collectables. Wednesdays and Saturdays are the best days for the antiques, while Thursday is traditionally the day for books.
